Administrative Professional
Technology has dramatically altered the distribution of work in most offices. Traditional clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and bookkeeping are being eliminated. Today’s “lean” office environment has expanded the administrative staff’s work responsibilities to include tasks that would normally have been assigned to middle management. To help office personnel acquire these new skills for the ever changing workplace environment, Joliet Junior College is presenting a series of seminars designed for administrative assistants, secretaries, and office support staff. To obtain current class dates, times, and fees go to www.jjc.edu/pro_students/class_schd. You will need the class number (located in parenthesis after the class title) to locate the information. To register for a class go to eresources.jjc.edu. If you have any questions, email jjcietinfo@jjc.edu.

Teamwork in the Office (MGT 803) If it seems that your coworkers are working against each other rather than with each other, this seminar can help.
